Notice of Annual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting of the club will be held at 11am on Sunday 20th November 2011 in the Eden Clubrooms, Gribblehirst Park, Sandringham.
Business:
- To receive the Annual Report and duly audited Statement of Accounts for the preceeding year.
- To elect Club Officials and members to the Management Committee and to appoint the Honourary Auditor & Honourary Solicitor for the ensuing year.
- General Business
Nominations for Management Committee officials, seconded and with written consent of nominees will be received up to and including Sunday 13th November 2011, by mail to PO Box 16-083 Sandringham, or by fax (09) 8462398, or by personal delivery to Daniel Faleolo, Club Manager
